Camtek delivered its highest-ever quarterly revenue in Q1 2025, driven by demand in advanced packaging and AI-related markets. Profitability metrics improved significantly, with gross and operating margins expanding both on a GAAP and non-GAAP basis.

Camtek Ltd. reported record fourth-quarter revenue of $117.3 million, a 32% year-over-year increase. GAAP operating income surged 82% to $31.3 million, while non-GAAP operating income increased 42% to $36.3 million. GAAP net income rose 59% to $33.0 million, and non-GAAP net income grew 34% to $37.7 million. GAAP diluted EPS was $0.67, and non-GAAP diluted EPS was $0.77.
