Criteo expects Contribution ex-TAC to grow by 10% to 12% at constant currency and Adjusted EBITDA margin of approximately 32% of Contribution ex-TAC for fiscal year 2022. For the first quarter of 2022, Criteo expects Contribution ex-TAC between $216 million and $220 million, or year-over-year growth at constant-currency of +5% to +7%, and Adjusted EBITDA between $52 million and $56 million.
