MicroStrategy reported a revenue of $133.5 million, a 1.2% increase compared to Q4 2018. Net income for the quarter was $12.2 million, or $1.18 per share on a diluted basis, compared to a net income of $3.3 million, or $0.30 per share on a diluted basis, for the fourth quarter of 2018.
Total revenues for the fourth quarter of 2019 were $133.5 million, a 1.2% increase compared to the fourth quarter of 2018.
Product licenses and subscription services revenues were $37.3 million, a 2.5% decrease compared to the fourth quarter of 2018.
Net income for the fourth quarter of 2019 was $12.2 million, or $1.18 per share on a diluted basis, as compared to net income of $3.3 million, or $0.30 per share on a diluted basis, for the fourth quarter of 2018.
MicroStrategy had cash and cash equivalents and short-term investments of $565.6 million as of December 31, 2019.
