For the full year 2025, Option Care Health expects net revenue between $5.50 billion and $5.65 billion, adjusted diluted earnings per share of $1.65 to $1.72, and adjusted EBITDA of $465 million to $475 million. Cash flow from operations is projected to be at least $320 million.
