York Water reported an increase in operating revenues but a decrease in net income and earnings per share for the first quarter of 2023 compared to the same period in 2022. Increased revenues were primarily due to rate increases, partially offset by the reset of the Distribution System Improvement Charge (DSIC) and increased expenses.
