Net income attributable to the Company was $17 million ($0.56 per share), down from $27 million ($0.87 per share) in the prior year.
Adjusted diluted earnings per share was $0.73, compared to $0.90 in the first quarter of 2024.
Adjusted EBITDA was $56 million, a decrease of 14.8% from $65 million in the prior year.
