BrightView reported a strong fourth quarter with a 10.8% increase in total revenue, driven by Maintenance Services. The company saw a significant improvement in net income, shifting from a net loss in the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA remained relatively flat, with growth in Maintenance Services offset by a decrease in Development Services.
Total revenue increased by 10.8% to $673.7 million.
Maintenance Land organic revenue growth was 9.2%.
Net income improved to $26.8 million, compared to a net loss of $6.1 million in the prior year.
Adjusted EBITDA was $89.5 million, slightly down from $90.0 million in the prior year.
The company provides first quarter fiscal 2022 guidance of $570 million to $600 million in Total Revenue and $44 million to $52 million in Adjusted EBITDA. Expects continued solid momentum in the Maintenance Services Segment; headwinds in the Development Services Segment. Fiscal 2022 financial guidance will be issued in May of 2022 concurrent with our second quarter fiscal 2022 results, post our snow season.
