Keurig Dr Pepper reported a 1.7% increase in net sales for the fourth quarter, reaching $3.9 billion. The company's performance was driven by U.S. Refreshment Beverages and International segments. GAAP diluted EPS increased 53.0% to $0.49, while adjusted diluted EPS increased 10.0% to $0.55.
Net sales increased 1.7%, driven by net price realization of 4.8%, partly offset by lower volume/mix of 3.7%.
GAAP operating income increased 40.1% to $943 million.
Adjusted operating income increased 6.5% to $1.1 billion, with adjusted gross profit growth of 9.7%.
Adjusted diluted EPS increased 10.0% to $0.55.
KDP expects constant currency net sales growth in a mid-single-digit range and Adjusted diluted EPS growth in a high-single-digit range in 2024.
