Nutanix provided the following outlook for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2022: ACV Billings are expected to be between $175 million and $185 million. Revenue is projected to be between $340 million and $360 million. Non-GAAP Gross Margin is expected to be approximately 79% to 80%. Non-GAAP Operating Expenses are anticipated to be between $360 million and $365 million. Weighted Average Shares Outstanding are expected to be approximately 225 million.
