Gross margin declined to 33.9% compared to 44.7% in the prior year period.
Operating loss was $(12.1) million, compared to $(2.5) million in the prior year period.
Net loss was $(8.3) million, compared to net income of $2.6 million in the prior year period.
The Company is amending its 2022 outlook and now expects full year 2022 net revenue to be between $570 million and $590 million. Adjusted EBITDA for 2022 is now expected to be between $(15) million and $(5) million.
