For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024, LiveRamp expects revenue of between $158 million and $162 million, a GAAP operating loss of between $18 million and $17 million, and non-GAAP operating income of between $13 million and $14 million. For fiscal 2024, LiveRamp updates its guidance and expects revenue of between $646 million and $650 million, a GAAP operating income of between $8 million and $9 million, and non-GAAP operating income of between $102 million and $103 million.
