Net sales increased 2% to $113.2 million, or 5% in constant currency, compared to $111.0 million in the prior year quarter.
GAAP net income attributable to common shareholders surged 104% to $4.7 million, or $0.25 per diluted common share, up from $2.3 million, or $0.12 per diluted common share.
Adjusted EBITDA grew 20% to $11.0 million, compared to $9.2 million in the same period last year.
The company's board of directors authorized a new share repurchase program of up to $25 million, in addition to the $8.3 million remaining from the previous authorization.
Nature's Sunshine expects full year 2025 net sales to range between $445 million and $470 million, and adjusted EBITDA to range between $38 million and $44 million.
